Target has released their Target Beauty Box and it's only $5.00! You will save an extra 5% and get free shipping if you have a Target Red Card. I have heard from several people, that there is supposed to be free shipping for everyone, but there is currently a glitch. If you are charged shipping, you can call 800.591.3869 and ask if your shipping can be refunded.
